Detox with a Life Change

As some of you regulars should know, I am a personal fitness trainer by day. I put in many hours a week, EVERY day, yes 7 days a week, with my clients working on getting them to change their lifestyle. I only have the control of an hour to do this in.

When I found the link to Stonehawk I was beyond impressed. A rehab center that is geared around getting the toxins out of the body naturally and that wanted to use fitness and diet in that process? WOW, sign me up to teach classes.

I come from a long line of people that have killed themselves with drugs and alcohol. I also have quite a line of those that are killing themselves with food. I put them in a similiar catagory, though not as easily tragic as the drugs and alcohol of course.

If you are in need of drug detox please call and check out this natural approach. Yes, I am from Washington state, but I don't hug trees. Neither do I expect others to hug trees. lol But a natural approach to change will be much better on your system. Mix the mental with the physical. If you are in need of clicking the link, you understand how much you need both.

I encourage you to check out Stone Hawkdrug detox center. Please call 1-888-227-9193, download an info pack, or just start by reading some of the articles on the site. Whatever you feel comfortable with.

If you are in a transition period, please do email me to chat. littlescrapbookshop@gmail.com. Put "I'm a blogger" in the subject line so I don't delete it. ;) I'm not certified to help you with these hard issues, but I am here to listen while you make your major decision towards help.

Did I mention how beautiful this place is? It looks straight out of 28 days. Anyone else in love with Viggo Mortensen? Well if he can break it, so can you.

Honestly though, if you feel that this is something that you may need, then please do contact them. They have many ways to get ahold of them with the toll-free 1-888-227-9193, the contact form on the site or the downloadable info. Please do give them a chat if you think you "may" have a problem. It's much better safe than sorry baby!
